CHECK IN/OUT – Our normal check-in time is 3:00 pm, but if you require an early (or late, after 8 pm) check-in please let us know prior to your arrival date and we will accommodate you if possible. Our normal check-out time is 11:00 am unless previous arrangements have been made. Late check-out is available for an additional charge.There is addition $50.00 deposit on rooms that is refundable if there is no damages
SMOKING POLICY – As a 100% smoke free establishment, we absolutely do not allow smoking in our guestrooms or lobby. In an effort to accommodate our guests who do smoke, we have established designated smoking areas in our picnic area as well as at the south end of the building near the pet station. A $175 discovery fee will be charged for smoking in any of our guest rooms.
PET POLICY – We allow well behaved dogs up to 20 pounds to stay at our hotel, max of 2 dogs per room. Sorry, NO CATS. We charge a $20 fee per dog per night.And there is a $50.00 Pet deposit. Pets must be leashed when outside due to safety concerns and in accordance with the state's leash law. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in rooms unless crated and only then for a very brief time, barking and disturbing other guests will not be tolerated. Pets must immediately be cleaned up after doing their business. For your convenience we have dog runs and scoops located at the east end of our hotel. A discovery fee of $175 per occurrence will be charged for any undisclosed, over-sized or misrepresented pets. Please do not allow your pets on the beds. No bathing pets in the room.
QUIET ENJOYMENT – We encourage our guests to have a good time, but being disruptive to others will not be tolerated.Quiet time at our motel is 10 pm to 7 am, unless you are in our picnic area, which is away from sleeping guests and is open until midnight every night. Please use common courtesy and be respectful of other guests’ right to quiet enjoyment.
HOUSEKEEPING – We are a limited-housekeeping motel, which means daily turn-down maid service is not provided. However, if you are in need of towels, coffee, your trash emptied, etc., simply leave the provided door hanger on your outside door handle and contact the front desk anytime. Additionally, there is an aluminum recycling can in the vending area for you convenience.
CANCELLATION POLICY – Your reservation is paid in full at time of booking. Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please notify us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. If you must cancel within 14 days of your arrival please note there will be no refund. To process a cancellation, please call our hotel office and talk to the manager on duty, no email cancellations will be accepted.
MISCELLANEOUS – You must be at least 21 to book a room with us. We expect all guests to follow the good general rule of leaving a place better than you found it. All rooms receive a post-occupancy inspection and by booking a reservation you acknowledge responsibility for any damages or theft incurred during your stay, which will be charged to your credit card.
LIABILITY – It is your responsibility to take care of yourself, your guests and your dependents. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries or loss of any kind.
Linen DamagesGuests will be charged if any linen is damaged and cannot be reused. Sheet=$20.00, Towel=$15.00, Bedding $45.00
